Windows Movie Maker Problem?

So I have this problem with Windows Movie Maker.When I make a tutorial using Cam Studio or Capture Wiz Pro in wmv or avi format,they have pretty good quality.However,when I import them to Windows Movie Maker there quality becomes really poor.All the characters get blurted.How should I resolve this problem?I want to import my recorded file to Movie Maker in the same quality.Help?
