Don't you think Alan Jackson deserved Artist of the Decade in the 90s instead of Garth Brooks?
Most definitely Alan Jackson deserved Artist Of The Decade. I like a few of Garth Brooks songs..but Alan Jackson IMO deserved this way before Garth Brooks. I know I'm gonna get alot of thumbs down on my answer...bring them on all you negative people.
