How do i tell my mum i self harm?

I had my teacher tell mine.. find someone you trust and tell them.. then see if they would help you tell your mom... sometimes it's easier if you have someone with you... good luck!! and if you really want to recover.. I applaud you.. I still struggle with trying to let myself recover.. it will come one day.. self injury is a hard behavior to beat..
