Tell her the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth! Just tell her how you feel, and that it's not your fault. You can not control your emotions. If she doesn't feel the same, then tell her that it'd be best for you two not to talk for a while, cause you'll need to get over that. And if you'll tell her, you can get over it, cause you'll know that you tried. And who knows, maybe she likes you. :)
