Is it weird when alot of friends tell you that you're "hot"?

is really weird and sometimes........really uncomfortable because my friends well sometimes (and randomly) tell me that I'm "hot", then the creepy part is that after they blurt out that statement they just gaze into my eyes and they're GIRLfriends ( i don't have any guy friends i'm in a girl school) I feel really awkward with them sometimes it's plain weird.......what should i do? I mean I never EVER dressed provocatively, put on crap load of makeup.........How can I stop this awkward moment????
