Looking for a good Fantasy book to read?

I love reading, but haven't read anything for a while and want to get back into it again. I am an 18 year old girl and the kind of things I enjoy are fantasy or sci fi books where unusual unreal stuff happens. I like it when my imagination can completely run away with itself and I can escape real life. Authors I have enjoyed reading have been Philip Pullman, Trudi Canavan, Garth Nix, William Nicholson and Orson Scott Card. Does anyone have any recommendations of books I should try?
